1 the rules
1.1 These Official Rules provide the general terms and conditions applicable to individuals entering prize-draws (each a “Prize Draw”) on www.epicdraws.com (the “Website”) so far as the law permits. By entering a prize draw, you confirm your unconditional acceptance and agree to these Official Rules and these Official rules form a binding contract between you and Epic Draws. If you do not agree to these Official Rules (including the applicable Prize Draw Rules) do not enter the Prize Draw(s).
1.2 In each Prize Draw, a portion of the funds raised will be used to support featured non-profit(s) and/or charitable causes (each a “Charity”).
1.3 The Prize Draws (as defined below) are promoted and managed by Epic Draws Limited (Company Number 13434793) whose registered office is at 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH. (“Epic Draws”).
1.4 Every specific Prize Draw has its specific terms and conditions (the “Prize Draw Rules”) in addition to these Official Rules. The Prize Draw Rules can be found https://epicdraws.com/pages/specific-prize-draw-rules. If there is a conflict or inconsistency between these Official Rules and the Prize Draw Rules, the Prize Draw Rules will take precedence. Any reference to the “Official Rules” with respect to any specific Prize Draw will mean both these Official Rules and the applicable Prize Draw Rules, together.
1.5 These Official Rules may be updated from time to time. Please continue to check these Official Rules (including all relevant Prize Draw Rules) regularly to ensure that you understand the terms that apply at the time that you enter the Prize Draws and to check for any updates.
2 can i enter the prize draws?
2.1 No purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is necessary to enter or win. All entries into a Prize Draw have an equal chance of winning.
2.2 To be eligible to enter a Prize Draw or be awarded the prize(s) identified on each Prize Draw’s webpage on the Website (each a “Prize(s)”), you must fully comply with the Official Rules.
2.3 Unless otherwise provided in the Prize Draw Rules, Prize Draws are only open to individuals who are legal residents in the United Kingdom, are at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry and are not prohibited under clause 2.4.
2.4 Unless the Prize Draw Rules state otherwise, the following individuals are not eligible to enter or win a Prize Draw:
2.4.1 Any employees, officers, and/or directors of the following (a) Epic Draws; (b) the Prize Draw specific Charity (excluding any Charity volunteers); (c) Epic Draws’ third-party prize draw vendor, where applicable and as identified in the applicable Prize Draw Rules; and (d) any contractor or other partner engaged by Epic Draws to supply and/or fulfil any portion of the Prize(s) for the applicable Prize Draw (collectively the “Prize Draw Associates”); and
2.4.2 The immediate family members of (meaning, spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household (whether or not related) as the employees, officers and/or directors of Epic Draws and the Charity (excluding any Charity volunteers) supported by the applicable Prize Draw.
2.4.3 Any individual who has won a Top Prize in a Top-Prize Prize Draw (as defined in Clause 3) in the immediately preceding 18 months (calculated from the last date of the Entry Period of the last Top-Prize Prize Draw that such individual won).
3 HOW DO I ENTER?
3.1 All top-prize Prize Draws (each a “Top-Prize Prize Draw”), will provide the following two (2) methods of entry:
3.1.1 Paid Entry: To enter by this method, visit www.epicdraws.com and select the “enter now” button on the Prize Draw’s webpage. There are a number of entry fee amounts for you to choose from. Choose the applicable entry fee amount(s) to purchase entries (“Entry Fee”). Each Entry Fee amount will come with a set number of entries into the Top -Prize Prize Draw (and any applicable Runner-Up Prize Draws, as defined below). Follow the instructions to complete the required information and your payment. Once payment is completed you will be entered for a chance to win the Prize Draw. Please note:
a) you can enter as many times as you wish, if applicable (subject to the maximum Entry Limit (as defined below)); and
b) Epic Draws may, in its discretion, run various Prize Draws in connection with the Paid Entry, e.g. it may, for a set period of time during the Entry Period, offer Participants “extra entries” in connection with the Paid Entry, or it may offer Participants the opportunity to enter multiple Top-Prize Prize Draws simultaneously, for a reduced Entry Fee.
Please note, every entry that is purchased in connection with any special Prize Draw will:
a) constitute an independent and single entry in the applicable Prize Draw(s);
b) be treated the same as any other entry to the Prize Draw(s) (including being subject to any applicable Entry Limit); and
c) have the same chance of winning as any other entry.
3.1.2 Alternative Entry: To enter by this method, on either a post-card or by letter, print your full, legal name, home address (no post office box addresses accepted), city, post code, phone number (optional), email address and the full name of the Prize Draw that you wish to enter (for example, “Win VIP Days with Michael Owen”). Post the completed entry to Epic Draws’ postal address provided within the Prize Draw Rules. Please note:
a) there is a limit of one (1) entry per outer mailing envelope or postcard;
b) each eligible entry received via the Alternate Entry will be equivalent to a single entry into the Top-Prize Prize Draw, with effect from the date that an entry is received and processed;
c) no mechanically reproduced entries are permitted and illegible entries are void and shall not be entered into the Prize Draw.
Epic Draws is not responsible for each (or all) lost, late, mutilated, delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, postage due, misdirected entries or entries not received by the last day of the applicable Entry Period. You can enter by the Alternative Entry as many times as you wish subject to the applicable, maximum Entry Limit.
3.2 Epic Draws may host other Runner-Up Prize Draws on the website (each a “Runner-Up Prize Draw”). Runner-Up Prize Draws are those Prize Draws where the only method of entry is through entry into a specific Top-Prize Prize Draw within a stipulated timeframe. Participants who enter the specific Top-Prize Prize Draw during the stipulated timeframe will also be automatically entered into the Runner-Up Prize Draw. Subject to anything explicitly stated in the Prize Draw Rules, the applicable Runner-Up Prize Draw Participants will receive the same number of entries into the Runner-Up Prize Draw as Participant acquires in the eligible Top-Prize Prize Draw(s) during the specific timeframe, up to the Runner-Up Prize Draw’s Entry Limit (if applicable), regardless of method of entry(ies) used to enter the eligible Top-Prize Prize Draw(s). Participants may be eligible to win multiple Prizes in the promotion. For example, the Winner of the Top-Prize may also win a Runner-Up Prize.
3.3 Each Prize Draw will have a starting date and time and ending date and time (the “Entry Period”) specified in the Prize Draw Rules. Only those entries received by Epic Draws during the Entry Period will be valid. Epic Draws will be the official timekeeper for all Prize Draws.
4 are there any entry restrictions?
4.1 You must provide all required information specified on the Prize Draw’s page or entry form to be eligible to enter and win.
4.2 There are no cumulative maximum entries that any one person may obtain (the “Entry Limit”) unless the Prize Draw Rules state otherwise. If a Prize Draw does have an Entry Limit, the limit applies to all entries regardless of the method of entry. If you exceed the Entry Limit for a Prize Draw, all entries in excess of the Entry Limit will be void and Epic Draws will not refund you for any void or ineligible entries that exceed the applicable Entry Limit.
4.3 Entries must be accurate, complete, and eligible and must be submitted during the Entry Period. Epic Draws does not accept proof of submission to be proof of receipt by Epic Draws. Any use or attempted use, of any automated, programmed, mechanical, or other non-manual entry methods, will void all entries for that Participant. Epic Draws is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries (and such entries shall be void and ineligible to win), or for other submission problems of any kind, whether caused by mechanical, human, or electronic error, all of which are void and ineligible to win. Additionally, Epic Draws is not responsible for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. If a Participant’s entry fee is refunded, any entries associated with such entry fee will be withdrawn and not eligible to win.
4.4 You must provide a valid email address for which you are the authorised owner at the time of submission for your entries to be valid. You must not share the same email address with other Participants. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any Participant, the authorised account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the Participant. Potential Winners and/or Winners (as defined below) may be required to show proof of being the authorised account holder. Any entries connected to an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address, or linked to an authorised account holder other than Participant, are void and ineligible to win.
4.5 Only entries submitted by an individual Participant are valid. Epic Draws has the sole right and discretion to make a determination that a Participant used or attempted to use any such prohibited automated entry methods and such Participant will be deemed disqualified at Epic Draws’ discretion from all Prize Draws. Further, no copies, facsimiles, or other mechanical or electronic reproductions of entries will be accepted.
4.6 As a condition of entering any Prize Draws, you expressly:
4.6.1 Represent and warrant that you agree to be bound by the Official Rules and decisions of the Epic Draws’, which will (subject to Clause 13) be binding and final in all matters relating to each Prize Draw; and
4.6.2 Release the Prize Draw Associates from all liability, loss or damage or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in any Prize Draw or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any Prizes.
4.7 By entering any Prize Draw, you agree that Epic Draws may contact you via email, phone, and mail in connection with the Prize Draw in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
5 how is the winner chosen?
5.1 Potential Winner: A potential winner(s) of a Prize Draw will be selected using a verifiably random process from among all eligible entries received in a drawing that will occur on or after the end of the Entry Period or as specified in the applicable Prize Draw Rules.
5.2 Winner: The selected winning unique entry code(s) will be announced on the Website and Epic Draws’ social media accounts following the drawing, with the identity of the winner announced (subject to Clause 9) following the completion of the verification processes in accordance with these Official Rules. Once confirmed and verified as eligible to win, a Potential Winner is referred to herein as a Winner.
5.3 Potential Winners will be contacted using the email address used to enter the Prize Draw. Potential Winners must respond to the Potential Winner notification email within four (4) working days of it being sent (unless specified otherwise in the Potential Winner notification email). The Potential Winner may be disqualified and will forefeet any claim to any Prize(s) where it fails to respond to the notification email within the stipulated timeframe. After sending the Potential Winner notification email, to the extent a phone number has been provided, Epic Draws reserves the right to also contact Potential Winners via phone as well.
5.4 The Potential Winner must be willing and able to claim and/or accept the Prize(s) in full in the period specified by Epic Draws
6 is there a winner verification process?
6.1 A Potential Winner will only be confirmed as the Winner after Epic Draws has completed verification of Potential Winner’s eligibility to win and confirmed Potential Winner’s compliance with the Official Rules. Epic Draws may complete such verification by whatever means it deems appropriate. A Potential Winner and the Potential Winner’s guest(s), if applicable, must comply with all Official Rules and conditions of these Official Rules and fulfil all requirements in order to be confirmed and verified as eligible to win the Prize Draw.
6.2 Subject to Clause 13, Epic Draws’ decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the administration, operating, drawing, verification of the Winner, and all issues related to the Prize Draws.
6.3 To receive the Prize(s) the Potential Winner (and any guests of Potential Winner where applicable) must accurately complete and promptly return by the date specified by Epic Draws any legal releases or documentation reasonably required by Epic Draws’ or the provider of the Prize(s) (where permitted by law) and/or any other document necessary to confirm and verify a Potential Winner’s eligibility and ability to participate on the dates provided which are relevant and applicable to the Prize Draw (“Winner Documentation”). Failure to do so may lead to the disqualification of the Potential Winner and the forfeit of any claim to any of the Prize(s).
7 is the winner subject to an eligibility requirements?
7.1 A Participant, Potential Winner and/or Winner may at Epic Draws’ discretion be ineligible to receive the Prize(s) and/or may be disqualified for one or more of the reasons set out below:
7.1.1 failure to meet all of the eligibility requirements stated in the Official Rules.
7.1.2 failure to respond in a timely manner and in any event within the stipulated time period to the Potential Winner notification email
7.1.3 failure to comply with the Official Rules, the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use;
7.1.4 failure to provide a valid contact details (including an email address) at the time of entry;
7.1.5 Epic Draws having made all reasonable attempts to do so, is unable to contact the Potential Winner within 4 working days of the relevant drawing of the Potential Winner for the Prize Draw;
7.1.6 Epic Draws is unable to verify the identity and verification of the Potential Winner to its reasonable satisfaction within 9 working days of the relevant drawing of the Potential Winner for the Prize Draw;
7.1.7 failure to complete the Winner Documentation in a timely manner and provide back to Epic Draws as required;
7.1.8 where threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour is carried out at any time before or during the awarding of the Prize(s), to Epic Draws and/or any of its personnel;
7.1.9 where false, incomplete and/or misleading information has been provided to Epic Draws’ or any of the other Prize Draw Associates;
7.1.10 where there is the commission of any fraud or deception in connection with any Prize Draws, use of the Website, and/or relationship with Epic Draws;
7.1.11 Epic Draws becomes aware that the Potential Winner or the Potential Winner’s guests is, has become or was previously involved in any situation or activity which:
a) would expose Epic Draws or any aspect of its business to disrepute, scandal, ridicule or contempt, or would tend to shock, insult or offend the public;
b) reflects unfavourably on the reputation of Epic Draws, any aspect of its business, its brands, products or services; or
c) might affect the supply, successful sales and exploitation of the Prize Draws or services of Epic Draws;
7.1.12 inability to accept the Prize(s) for any reason, including, but not limited to, inability to travel to the location where the Prize(s) is being fulfilled and/or delivered, and/or injury or death in a prompt manner; and
7.1.13 the inability of Epic Draws to award or otherwise fulfil the Prize(s) due to circumstances beyond Epic Draws’ reasonable control, including, but not limited to, legal restrictions, acts of God, strikes, natural disasters including earthquakes, fires or floods, pandemics/epidemics, terrorism, and/or weather.
7.2 Potential Winners and Potential Winner guests will not be disqualified based on race (including colour, nationality or ethnic or national origin), religion or belief, gender reassignment, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity, or any other protected characteristics.
7.3 If a Potential Winner is determined to be ineligible and/or disqualified for any reason, an alternate Potential Winner will be selected using a verifiably random process from the remaining eligible entries of that Prize Draw. This process will be repeated until the Prize(s) is awarded. Any alternate Potential Winner will be notified in accordance with these Official Rules (in so far as possible in respect of time). Epic Draws reserves the right to modify the Potential Winner notification and/or confirmation and verification procedures connected with the drawing of an alternative Potential Winner, if any.
8 prizes
8.1 The Prize(s) the Winners will receive are identified on each Prize Draw’s webpage (subject to any restrictions expressly stated in the Official Rules). The specifics of the Prizes (including information about the timing for fulfilment of Prize(s), options for travel, travel requirements, guests and more) are set out in the Prize Draw Rules and decided by Epic Draws. Please ensure that you are available on required dates and/or can travel to the Prize(s) venue(s) if needed before entering a Prize Draw.
8.2 All Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties (other than those which cannot be excluded by applicable law). The Prize cannot be transferred, sold, substituted, or redeemed for cash by Participant or be redeemed in part amounts (unless explicitly stated otherwise). Epic Draws reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any Prize with an alternative item of comparable or greater value or cash.
8.3 Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable taxes, fees and expenses related to acceptance, ownership and use of a Prize (unless expressly stated otherwise in the Prize Draw Rules). Only the number of Prizes stated in the Prize Draw Rules are available to be won in a Prize Draw and Epic Draws will not be responsible for nor replace any lost or stolen Prize(s) or components of a Prize. Prize(s) cannot be used in conjunction with any other Prize Draw or offer.
8.4 If a Winner, at their discretion, decline some or all of the Prize(s) at any time, they will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize. They will be deemed to have declined the Prize(s) if they fail to accept delivery of the Prize(s). The Winner will not be entitled to any alternative Prize, in whole or in part, or any other compensation of any kind, and Epic Draws shall have no obligation to award the rejected or unclaimed portion of any Prize(s) to an alternative winner.
8.5 Prize Draws are not sponsored, endorsed, approved, or affiliated with the manufacturer of the Prize(s) being awarded. Prize Draw names and logos are the trademarks and property of the manufacturer of the Prize(s). Actual Prize(s) to be awarded may not be identical to those depicted which are intended to be only representative.
8.6 For all travel Prize Draws, you have to travel on the dates and itinerary specified by Epic Draws in the Prize Draw Rules. If Winner cannot travel on those specified dates, the Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate Winner selected by a verifiably random process from all remaining eligible entries. The forfeiting Winner will not be entitled to any alternate prizes or compensation of any kind. Where airfare is included, it is in economy/coach class from the major gateway airport nearest the Winner’s residence, or other alternative gateways approved by Epic Draws in its sole and absolute discretion. If, in Epic Draws’ judgment, air travel is not required due to Winner’s proximity to Prize location, Epic Draws may provide ground transportation as a substitute for air travel at Epic Draws’ sole discretion.
8.7 Where hotel accommodation is included, it is standard class and double occupancy unless otherwise specified. Actual retail value of any trip Prize Draw will depend on the Winner’s place of residence. Any difference between the approximate retail value and the actual retail value will not be awarded. Winner and Winner’s guest(s), if applicable, must travel on the same itinerary, unless otherwise approved by Epic Draws in its sole and absolute discretion. Any expenses not specified in the Prize Draw Rules, including, but not limited to, itinerary change fees, checked baggage fees, subsistence, transfers, and other transportation are the sole responsibility of Winner and Winner’s guest(s). Lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items will not be replaced once they are in your possession. Winner and Winner’s guest(s), if applicable, are responsible for all required travel documentation and identification including, without limitation and as applicable, any passport or visa, as well as meeting any other requirements for entry into the applicable destination such as inoculations and certificates. Winner’s guest(s) must be 18 or older or the Winner who accompanies them must be their parent or legal guardian, unless as otherwise specified on the applicable Prize Draw Rules.
8.8 Where Prize(s) include attending an event, tickets and seating are subject to availability. If the event is delayed or rescheduled for any reason, tickets for the delayed or rescheduled event may be provided at the sole discretion of Epic Draws. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the remainder of the Prize, if any, will be awarded without the scheduled event or Epic Draws otherwise may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. Winner’s guest(s) must be 18 or older or the Winner who accompanies them must be their parent or legal guardian, unless as otherwise specified on the applicable Prize Draw Rules. Any meet and greet portion of a Prize Draw is subject to availability of the person(s) being met. In the case of unavailability, you will be notified insofar as possible and the remainder of the Prize, if any, will be awarded without the meet and greet portion.
8.9 Where Prize(s)s involve appearing in a film, TV, or other production, the Prize(s) is subject to the production occurring as scheduled and to the Potential Winner entering into third-party agreements (such as with an acting union, production company, or publishing platform, including agreements regarding confidentiality and background). Participation in such an acting opportunity does not guarantee any type or length of appearance or that such appearance will be included in the final production or that the production will be released at all.
8.10 Where the Prize(s) include winning an automobile or other vehicle, neither Epic Draws, other Prize Draw Associates, nor the vehicle manufacturer has made nor is responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or law, relative to the Prize vehicle, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness (other than those which cannot be excluded by applicable law). Notwithstanding, the Prize vehicle may include the manufacturer’s standard vehicle limited warranty, as stated in the vehicle’s Owner’s Guide. Epic Draws will settle the title costs, licence fees, registration fees incurred by the winner in relation to their acceptance and use of the Prize Draw vehicle. The Winner of the Prize vehicle is not eligible for any cash rebate programs and will be solely responsible insurance, fuel, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of any vehicle-related Prize Draw. Where the Prize is a lease of an automobile or other vehicle, the Winner will be responsible for its compliance with the provisions of the applicable lease and any excess wear/use and mileage over the miles specified in such lease at a cost per additional mile/km stated in such lease shall be the Winner’s responsibility. The actual Prize Draw vehicle to be awarded may not be the vehicle depicted in advertising but will be of similar specification including interior and exterior colour. The Winner may be required to show proof of valid insurance and driver’s licence prior to receipt of the vehicle. The Winner must take delivery of vehicle at a location and time of Epic Draws’ sole choosing. Epic Draws’ reserves the right to delay vehicle delivery or substitute a similar vehicle of equal or greater value should the vehicle as described be unavailable for any reason.
8.11 Where the Prize(s)s involve participating in a physical event, the Winner and Winner’s guest(s) may be required to be examined by a doctor or other appropriate medical professional before participating in the event. Epic Draws and/or Prize Draw Associates reserve the right to decline participation in the event to any Winner or Winner’s guest(s), if applicable, if fitness, safety, requirements or other reasons require Epic Draws or its Partners to do so. In such circumstances, the Potential Winner may be required to take cash or other prize alternatives, if available, as part of the Prize Draw. If such an alternative prize is not available, Potential Winner may be disqualified.
9.1 Epic Draws reserves the right to publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place for each of the Prize Draws which may include the surname and country and county of residence of the Winner. Affected Winners have the right to object to all or part of this information being published or made available (save for that which must be provided by Epic Draws to the ASA or equivalent regulator on request) and in such event should inform Epic Draws in writing.
9.2 Epic Draws will also require that Winners participate in any reasonable publicity required by Epic Draws.

10 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
10.1 Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits Epic Draws’ liability for anything which cannot be limited or excluded by law, including, without limitation: (i) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; and (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
10.2 If Epic Draws fails to comply with these Official Rules, Epic Draws will be responsible for the loss or damage Participant suffers that is a foreseeable result of Epic Draws’ breach of these Official Rules or its negligence, but Epic Draws is not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Such loss or damage is foreseeable where the outcome is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by Participant and Epic Draws at the time that Participant entered the relevant Prize Draw.
10.3 Participant expressly waives all rights to claim punitive, exemplary, indirect, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and/or any rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
10.4 Notwithstanding Clause 10.2 and save as set out in Clause 10.1, Epic Draws’ maximum aggregate liability to you or any third party under these Official Rules or in any circumstance shall not exceed one hundred British pounds sterling (£100).
10.5 If for any reason, a Participant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participant’s sole remedy is another single entry in a Prize Draw.
11 CHANGES TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES:
11.1 These Official Rules may only be amended and/or revised by Epic Draws in writing (including any individual Prize Draw Rules). Epic Draws may amend/revise the Official Rules at any time by posting the amended Official Rules on the Website and you agree that you will be bound by any changes to these Official Rules from the date they are published on the Website. If, however, you have already entered a Prize Draw, the changes will not apply to any entries that have already been submitted, rather, such changes will apply to any future entries that are submitted after the date on which the change become effective. The date of last revision of these Official Rules is included at the top of this page.
12 General terms and conditions
12.1 Epic Draws reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify a Prize Draw, in whole or in part, due to any fraud, bugs, virus, technical failures, changes in the law, or any other factor beyond Epic Draws’ reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of a Prize Draw, as reasonably determined by Epic Draws. Epic Draws reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to conduct maintenance for the Website or its systems that may suspend or otherwise impact access to a Prize Draw.
12.2 Epic Draws reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify a Prize Draw, in whole or in part, due to any fraud, bugs, virus, technical failures, changes in the law, or any other factor beyond Epic Draws’ reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of a Prize Draw, as reasonably determined by Epic Draws. Epic Draws reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to conduct maintenance for the Website or its systems that may suspend or otherwise impact access to a Prize Draw.
12.3 Any attempt by you or any other individual deliberately to damage any website associated with a prize draw or undermine, or attempt to undermine, the legitimate operation of a prize draw may be a breach of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Epic Draws reserves the right to claim against and seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12.4 Epic Draws reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the site, and/or the legitimate operation of the prize draw; to breach the official rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person.
12.5 If, for any reason, the prize draw cannot be run as planned or if Epic Draws determines in its sole discretion that the integrity or viability of a prize draw is compromised, Epic Draws may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and:
12.5.1 cancel or terminate the prize draw (or any portion thereof);
12.5.2 modify the prize draw or suspend the prize draw to address the impairment and then resume the prize draw in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these official rules; and/or
12.5.3 award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.
Each Entry Fee supports a great cause and entry to the Prize Draws may enable you to win an epic Prize(s). A proportion of each Entry Fee goes to the Charity and helps them create real impact - as such, we do not provide refunds for Entry Fees once a Prize Draw has closed.
Participant is responsible for compensating the following persons in full for any losses or damage they suffer which is caused by Participant’s breach of these Official Rules: Epic Draws, all other the Prize Draw Associates , and their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and any other person or organization responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting a Prize Draw.
The Official Rules (including the Prize Draw Rules) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Official Rules.
14 miscellaneous
14.1 Epic Draws only uses Participant’s personal information in accordance with the Epic Draws’ privacy policy (available at https://epicdraws.com/pages/privacy-policy) (“Privacy Policy”). Please take the time to read the Privacy Notice as it includes important information and terms which apply to each Participant.
14.2 You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Epic Draws as a result of these Official Rules or your use of the Website, the Software, or the Service.
14.3 Epic Draws may assign these Official Rules, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign these Official Rules without Epic Draws’ prior written consent, and any unauthorised assignment by you shall be null and void.
14.4 Each of the terms of these Official Rules operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.
14.5 If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Official Rules, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you.
14.6 All notices given by you or required under these Official Rules shall be in writing and addressed to: Epic Draws Limited, 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH.
14.7 These Official Rules, including the documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the Prize Draws and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us with respect to the Prize Draws.
