These Rules apply to WIN 2 WEEKS AT THIS LUXURY VILLA IN SPAIN (the “Prize Draw”).
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

2. The Prize Draw is promoted and managed by Epic Draws Limited (Company Number 13434793) whose registered office is at 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH, (“Epic Draws”).

In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in the Official Rules, you can only enter this Prize Draw via www.epicdraws.com if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom, and are not prohibited under clause 2 of the Official Rules.

7. The Paid Entry is open from 1st January 2022 and closes at 31st March 2022 (“Paid Method Entry Period”).
8. The Alternative Entry is open from 1st January 2022 and closes at 1st April 2022 (“Alternative Method Entry Period”).
9. The draw will take place on 6th April 2022 (the “Draw Date”) and the winners will be announced on 7th April 2022
10. There is no entry limit for UK residents in this Prize Draw, regardless of the method of entry.
11. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.

THE PRIZES
14. The prize draw includes a Top Prize and will be conducted by a prize draw (“Drawings”).
15. The Top Prize Promotion shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing for the Top Prize. The one Winner of the Top Prize draw will receive (“the Top Prize”). Any other taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Top Prize Winner.

16. Holiday / travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner.
17. On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Clause 9, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Clause 5 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) will be notified and must respond within four (4) working days of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Epic Draws has the right to verify and confirm in accordance with the Official Rules and Potential Winners shall be subject to such processes. .
18. Winners will be announced by Epic Draws on or after the Monday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Clause 9, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.
19. Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in Clause 15 and 16, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and promptly return all documentation required by Epic Draws, and failure to complete and promptly return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period is stipulated by Epic Draws in writing, may result in disqualification.
20. The Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Epic Draws reserves the right to substitute all or part of the Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value.
21. Epic Draws shall solely determine the specifics of all elements of the Prize in this Prize Draw. Some restrictions may apply, and any Prize elements not specifically described in Clause 15 and 16 may be determined by Epic Draws in its sole and absolute discretion.
Fundraising Transparency
22. If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Prize Draw (an “Entry Fee”), Epic Draws will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity(ies) (each a “Donation”). “Net Proceeds” means 100% of your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing and operating the Prize Draw. In relation to the WIN 2 WEEKS AT THIS LUXURY VILLA IN SPAIN prize draw, all Donations will be passed on to Fight For Sight (Registered charity in England and Wales (1111438)) (“Charity”) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
