These Rules apply to WIN VIP DAYS WITH MICHAEL OWEN (the “Prize Draw”).
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION AND WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION IN RELATION TO AN ENTRY WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
RULES
1. By entering this Prize Draw you confirm your acceptance and agree to these WIN VIP DAYS WITH MICHAEL OWEN Rules and the Official Rules which can be found here: https://epicdraws.com/pages/official-rules
2. The Prize Draw is promoted and managed by Epic Draws Limited (Company Number 13434793) whose registered office is at 100 Avebury Boulevard, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom, MK9 1FH (“Epic Draws”).
3. There will be one (1) top prize winner (the “Top Prize Winner”) in connection with the Top Prize Promotion.
4. There will be 25 secondary prize winners (the “Secondary Prize Winners” and each a “Secondary Prize Winner”).
Can I Enter The Prize Draw?
5. Please check the Official Rules to make sure that you are eligible to enter this Prize Draw. In addition to any eligibility requirements provided in the Official Rules, you can only enter this Prize Draw via www.epicdraws.com if you are aged 18 years or over, are a legal resident in the United Kingdom, and are not prohibited under clause 2 of the Official Rules.

7. The Paid Entry is open from 1st January 2022 and closes at 28 February 2022 (“Paid Method Entry Period”).
8. The Alternative Entry is open from 1st January 2022 and closes at 2nd March 2022 (“Alternative Method Entry Period”).
9. The draw will take place on 4th March 2022 (the “Draw Date”) and the winners will be announced on 7th March 2022
10. There is no entry limit for UK residents in this Prize Draw, regardless of the method of entry.
11. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period.
How to Enter
12. Visit https://epicdraws.com/products/enter-vip-days-with-michael-owen to enter the Top Prize Draw using any of our methods of entry. All entries must be received before the applicable Entry Period end time/date to be valid. Epic Draws is the official timekeeper. See our Official Rules for more details.
13. All Participants who enter the Top Prize Draw during the applicable Entry Period will automatically receive the same number of entries into such Secondary Prize Draw.
THE PRIZES
14. The prize draw includes a Top Prize and Secondary Prize which will be conducted by various prize draws (“Drawings”).
15. The Top Prize Promotion shall be conducted as one (1) Drawing for the Top Prize. The one Winner of the Top Prize draw will receive (“the Top Prize”). Any other taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Top Prize Winner.

16. The Secondary Promotions shall be conducted as 25 Drawings.
5 Winners of the Secondary Prize draw will receive 2nd EPIC PRIZES
· 5 winners plus a guest each receive a VIP invitation to Manor House Stables where Michael Owen will take you on a tour of his amazing racehorse stables before lunch and photos.
· Date of event 30th March 2022
· 20 lucky winners will all receive a personalised signed copy of Michael's autobiography; Reboot: My Life, My Time. Michael will be filmed signing each one and each winner will have a personalised video of their book being signed.
· Date of signing 30th March 2022
(“the Secondary Prize”). Any other taxes, costs, and fees associated with the Prize will be the sole responsibility of the Secondary Prize Winner/Winners.
17. On or after the applicable Draw Date specified in Clause 9, above, Potential Winner(s) (as defined in Clause 5 of the Official Rules) will be selected for each drawing using a verifiably random process from all eligible entries received. Potential Winner(s) will be notified and must respond within four (4) working days of the Potential Winner notification email being sent, in accordance with the terms and deadlines stated in the Official Rules. Epic Draws has the right to verify and confirm in accordance with the Official Rules and Potential Winners shall be subject to such processes. .
18. Winners will be announced by Epic Draws on or after the Monday following the relevant Draw Date specified in Clause 9, above, or after a Winner is confirmed, whichever occurs later.
19. Except as explicitly stated herein, all Prizes are awarded as is, without any representations or warranties. Unless noted in the Prize details in Clause 15 and 16, Winners are solely responsible for all taxes, costs, and fees associated with Prize receipt, ownership, and/or use. To accept the Prizes, Winners must accurately complete and promptly return all documentation required by Epic Draws, and failure to complete and promptly return any required documentation within a reasonable time, or such other time period is stipulated by Epic Draws in writing, may result in disqualification.
20. The Prize cannot be transferred, substituted or redeemed for cash. Epic Draws reserves the right to substitute all or part of the Prize with a prize of comparable or greater value.
21. Epic Draws shall solely determine the specifics of all elements of the Prize in this Prize Draw. Some restrictions may apply, and any Prize elements not specifically described in Clause 15 and 16 may be determined by Epic Draws in its sole and absolute discretion.
Fundraising Transparency
22. If you make a monetary payment to us to enter the Prize Draw (an “Entry Fee”), Epic Draws will donate at least 80% of the Net Proceeds to the applicable Charity(ies) (each a “Donation”). “Net Proceeds” means 100% of your Entry Fee, minus the costs associated with providing the Prizes, and the reasonable costs of marketing and operating the Prize Draw. In relation to the WIN VIP DAYS WITH MICHAEL OWEN, all Donations will be passed on to Fight For Sight (Registered charity in England and Wales (1111438)) (“Charity”) as outlined in these Experience Rules.
